Pull a part bread

I got inspired by Relish Magazine on instagram today, they had posted a picture of a pull a part bread with nice little squares. I usually just make round buns that i throw in a tin and bake.
For two loaves I used
5 ml lukewarm milk
200 g melted butter
1.5 teaspoons of dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
400 g flour
400 g wholemeal flour
I used a bread baking machine, but if you do not just make it the dough the old fashioned way.
Combine lukewarm milk, melted butter, salt, sugar and yeast in a mixing bowl, let it rest for about 10 minutes until it begins to bubble.
Add the flour and knead until the dough is smooth and pliable and does not stick to edge of the bowl, let the dough rise covered in a warm place until it is twice the size.
Combine the filling in a bowl.

Divide the dough in two, then dived each of them again in the amount of slices you want, I made 15 slices for each loaf. I just made little buns that I flattened and spread the filling on each of them.
Just remember to make sure you spread the butter all the way to the edges, if you do not the dough will stick together and it will become difficult to pull a part.
Stack all the pieces you need for one loaf together in a baking tin lined with baking paper and let it rise for about 30-40 minutes.
Bake the loaves in a pre heated oven at 160  C/320 F for 30-40 minutes.
When they are done place them on a rack and let them cool a bit, they ar best served warm.
